Located on the main road and accessible to all major attractions. the hotel provides a shuttle service to the closest beach and shopping mall. the hotel has a nice pool and a rooftop bar with great views.
The room was not very clean and had a musty smell. the towels and bed linens were old, and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

it was easy to park onsite. there was free parking. it is so close to the airport.

I booked my room throught Booked.net at $56 when I was checking out the next day they said that will be $72 sir! I then said I had already paid $56 they said that was only the booking for and I had to pay $72 or I will not be leaving the hotel and they had a security guard on me. I then spoke to the manager who was as dumb as the receptionist and insisted that I pay the $72 or I would not be leaving the hotel in a reasonable state. As my stay was short and I did not intend spending time in hospital I paid the $72 and made the quickest getaway.

Central location in Dehiwala.
First room had serious mold, after we asked for another room, it was better, though it was still not completely mold-free. Laundry service was delayed due to a supposed misunderstanding, so we ended up waiting a couple of hours after checkout to get our clean laundry back...

The facade - nothing else
The staff at Concord are not trained for the growing service industry. I checked in the early morning at 3.30am but they charged me full including all the amenities that were even not provided. The room does not have a refrigerator though I requested specifically for one. I was there only for one day but paid in full for two nights including all the taxes.
